At Leatt, we are committed to your safety and satisfaction. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in new, resellable condition.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while our team processes your refund or exchange.
